The Hempire Company aka Hempire is an I-502 Cannabis Producer/Processor of premium quality cannabis flowers, concentrates, and edibles. As a sales representative of The Hempire Company, you will be required to make daily sales calls via phone and on site at registered I-502 store locations. You will establish new accounts within your sales territory as well as maintain and grow current accounts. You will report directly to the Sales Manager and also be required to report to executive management with quarterly report metrics. This is a full time position that will require previous sales experience and exceptional knowledge of the industry. Responsibilities Strong professional sales experience required 5 years minimum Understand B2B sales within the cannabis industry At least 1 year of direct sales experienced preferred Must have strong communication Advanced software skills (Specifically: Google Apps, BioTrack THC, and all typical business applications in sales related areas, CRM, inventory management, etc.) Excellent customer service skills and professional appearance Ability to work independently as well as cohesively with others Understand and comply with Federal and State Marijuana Laws Ability to meet and track daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas Qualifications Must have reliable low-mileage and large cabin transportation, clean Washington State driving record and driver’s license, and current insurance. Previous outside sales experience Must be 21 Years old Must be very organized and detail oriented This Position includes base salary and generous performance based commission. Previous experience within the I-502 recreational industry is a plus. Candidates with this history will be prioritized.
